Thanks Tony, looks like he must have travelled to England with his brother then went straight on to Australia. How I wish my aunt who mentioned this branch of the family almost in passing 30 years ago was still here for me to ask. It's always the same isn't it. We seem to hear "if only" so much when researching :)
