Ahh, my beloved Poss is now like a dog with a bone. The hidden family history is starting to flow, except we cant open the file
It is in .cht
Has anyone got any ideas on how to open the file/ or use this format themselves?
Thanking you in advance
Yvette

cht. file format
.cht could be a diagramatic file format used by the Easychart component of Generations.
You might be able to see the chart if you try http://www.harvardgraphics.com/hg-viewer-download.asp
Hope this helps

Re: cht. file format
Thanks Stu and Tony too.
The above is true of a cht file extension, however it is specific to that bloody generations family tree program and nothing else. The tight butts dont even have a trial viewer.
I tried zillions of things, well now I have. The Harvard doodahh didnt work either.
will have to wait patiently for another email off the tree maker himself.
thanx again Yvette
