Gwen I have been trying to get an identification of regement for my gg grandfather Henry Nott born Hampton Lovett, Worcestershire 1857c but dont know where he joined up or anything. Thought you might recognise the uniform. Long shot I know.

Darksecretz Julie enlarged and restored as best as a bad photo could be to try and see badges etc so it is not good quality photo. Looks like it is made of plastasine (sp)

He arrived in Australia in 1887
he was baptised 26/4/1857

going by census info it is after 1881 so couldn't have been in the service for long. Only a 5 or 6 year gap there.

How do I print them mate?

Looks that way to me to would have to happen between census though wouldn't it...lol

I am going out to dinner now but will be back later and looking at the sky out there the time may depend on storm. x fingers it is only rain. Don't trust the weather lately.
