Christenings, Marriges & Deaths

Have quite a few Bapt.... Marriage -Banns...and Deaths from the Parish Church of St. Andrews in Earls Colne, Essex...if its any help. These start at 1813 ( about 3 or 4 hundred BDM's mixed ) These were left overs after extracting my own family ancestors from them.
Happy to type them in...if you let me know where.

Do not go where the path may lead,go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Hi Tony, very kind offer.

I have not got around to doing an add or edit page yet, so if you either want to send me a spread sheet with the information in or a text file I will get them added to the database.
I'm trying to keep the format the same so its easier to handle the data. If all entries are for the same place then don't include the place in each line, just title the file the place of records.
e.g for Baptisms only.

Date, surname, firstname, mothers firstname, fathers firstname, mothers surname if know, etc
1 Jan 1789, SMITH, John, Sarah, Bert, BLOGGS, etc or if no mothers name then
1 Jan 1789, SMITH, John, , Bert, , etc

It doesn't matter what order they are put down in, so long as the discription at the top relates to whats below, a marriage can be put on the same line just add the date & spouse, the same applies to any other info about that person. Just so long as the different fields or separated by a comma. I pass it through a spread sheet first to double check theres nothing obviously wrong, eg date in where theres supposed to be a name. (I wonder how many times I've done that :sup )

I wouldn't bother with the fathers surname, as I will be coding the database to use the Surname field for both unless its different for some reason.

Stu.
