That would be great if you could send them to me Mary. Thanks

They look like the right ones. Is there any where I can look for divorces?
I just wondered if William and Kate got divorced or if he was a bigamist?

Q I would say he was a bigamist as Kate says in the 1911 census she has been married 22 years..If they had divorced she surely wouldnt count those years..

Will send image soon..gotta get John to scan them for me..

Mary, If you look in Martha Marsden's 3rd husband was George Whiteley, not Hinchcliffe.

I wrote to my cousin, but he is in France at the moment, so I will have to be patient.
My Aunt lives in Guernsey in the Channel Islands.

LM you are on a roll :D - if you want I can download to save John scanning but do not want to get in the way.

I can look later for Kate's death. Could be some divorces too on Ancestry.

Martha Marsden is Kates mother, she married Isaac Talford, (I have a
photo of him ) She had 3 husbands, Bernard Cunningham, Isaac Talford, and George Whiteley.
She has a son Bernard Cunningham and I was wondering if he and his wife could have taken
Kates other child. He had one called Marsden Cunningham, I haven't had a chance to check dates yet.

It is getting a bit complicated.

I have been trying to find Kates death, but no luck. I don't have a sub with Ancestry at the moment.

Hi JA, yes that looks like the correct one. I had her death at about 1944,
but it was only a guess. Thanks.

a family bible that my cousin has. It does state
Kates birth as being 12 Nov 1973.
