Dear Stu, some more photos from our genealogy hunt in 2009. Wattler hugs winging your way

Re: Dizzi aka Gwen
The first time I met Dizzi it was at the caravan site where she breathed her last. She took out one of her angel wing ear rings & gave it to me; it has been beside my computer ever since that day. Last night I realised that it had gone from its usual place. I searched my desk for it with no luck. This morning as I logged on I glanced down & there is was!
Thank you Dizzi

Its proper name is 'Dizzy' but I thought it was close enough.

Re: Dizzi aka Gwen
Just found one from this year, when we both met up with JA in Waterloo.
I was a bit late as usual, well according to Dizz. We had an enjoyable but chilly day looking around the markets, strolling along the south bank and catching up. Dizz and JA gossiping I could hardly get a word in
Found a few more on Dizzi's Facebook.
Sitting on the beach at Hastings.
Fenton the Owl, perched on Dizzi's hand. Dizz got grumpy because she couldn't take him home.
Looking quite intelligent.
Nicked from Wilson's post.
Dizz, myself, Wilson, CarolP, Bob and CarolB, sitting in the car park at Bodiam Castle, after Dizz had made us all a corned beef hash on a single ring camping stove. Dizz would always brag about making the hash every time 'I said let me cook for once' and I'm sure everyone she met heard the story at least once.

Love the Dizzi lily Stu. That smiling one is ace. So good to see one before our Dizz was really ill, her intelligence, artistic gift and outrageousness showed through until she flew from earth. Hugs for you

Loving the photos of Dizzi - such great memories for you Stu.
Thought you might like to know that Tesselaar stock Oriental Matisse Lilium Dizzy - out of stock at present. Colouring is just a little different but will grow pretty much all over Oz. https://www.tesselaar.net.au/genus/lili ... lium-dizzy

Edit by Stu.
Yes we were both standing on level ground.
No Stu, sitting on my lawn & Dizzi needed a back rest
