Joseph Rothwell born 1886 now wants family

I met an amazing 89 year women at the School House Museum volunteers afternoon tea on Saturday 10 December 2011 (she was 89 on the 9th of December 2011) She was the first woman dentist to set up her own dental practice in Canberra in the early 1950s.
UPDATE - JUST SPOKEN TO HER - WANTS ROTHWELL FAMILY BACK FROM 1891
She knows little about her father, Joseph Rothwell. I have found him on the 1891, 1901 and 1911 census, as well as a record I think is his birth record. Also a medal citation but seemed to go blind finding any more military records. This is what I need help with please


Joseph Rothwell was born 1886/1887 (census say about 1887), Walkden, Manchester UK.
Father William, cotton manufacturer, mother Elizabeth. Spouse's surname Milbourne.
The medal record I found is a Joseph Rothwell - Manchester R, RFC&RAF, 2/Lt - no service number
Address is Brentwood, Walkden, Manchester which fits with the 1911 census address. Medal look like RFC victory
Roll off 165, page 115F To be administered by M/? min 7 NW/7/25002
Looks like a note at the bottom which looks like
Afm fwds Form 488?e Admin of BWrvM 8/10/23

My grand women says he was in the RFC so pretty sure this is him.

Also cannot find a death - wonder if he remarried in 1922 but not sure.
I said that I would try to find something about him. She rememebrs he had a sister Hilda and a bro Benjamin which helped me fimd him on the census. In 1901 he was at school in Wales.

Also wonder what address she could write to for the military record. Not sure if there are any more records on Ancestry - but got lost and got tired eyes Cannot read the name of the school on the 1901 census so any help would also be appreciated
