Thanks for looking Carol - much appreciated. I do not have the parent's names unfortunately - hence the difficulty of searching. I have emailed you some details.

The only link I can see with the Dewsbury one is the name Maria, William, George and Mary's son called one of his children Sarah Maria - a very long bow, she married a Joe Haigh and they had one son, Joe Richard Haigh - who is also missing in action

Sarah Maria died in 1879 a year after Joe Richard was born.

Not much to go on I know
