Greek Stew

We use cinnamon sticks instead of powder. Also add lots of kalamta olives before serving. Usually left to stand in fridge for a couple of day before eating. Recipe is basic and copes well with chef's fiddling :D Freezes well too. :D Serve with green vegetables and either rice or mished potatoes. Last lot of onions can be left out for simplicity
