We use cinnamon sticks instead of powder. Also add lots of kalamta olives before serving. Usually left to stand in fridge for a couple of day before eating. Recipe is basic and copes well with chef's fiddling Freezes well too. Serve with green vegetables and either rice or mished potatoes. Last lot of onions can be left out for simplicityGreek Stew
